I'm an interim manager with portfolio-, program- and project management experience of over 30 years in many large, complex intercultural, and international programs or projects.

If possible, as a manager I built bridges, I create teams or I will be a coach, but as the goals become at risk I’m a hunter and a killer.

I am a by PMI (Project Management Institute) certified PMP and PgMP.

By these certifications can I give this training.

I give training to teach people how they can do their work, but I also help people in preparing for their (PMI) exams. The courses can be provided internally or externally at times that you or your company the best fit.

Using my long term experience and my knowledge of the maturity model developed by PMI (OPM3),  I have developed a handy assessment to find out in short terms what the status of your projects is and what is wrong.
We define enhancements for troubled projects, and get them on track again.

“Empowering the change”. That is the guiding principle in my career. A specialist in change. And also in anchoring of that change in the organization. As a project and program manager, as a portfolio manager, as a change manager, as an interim manager, as a trainer or as a coach; for over 30 years, I support individuals and organizations to effect change and professionalization of the organization change.

This long experience with change has given me a very broad view in complex political, administrative and commercial environments. A pragmatic problem solver whose strength lies in a deep understanding of the relationship between Business and IT on both a strategic and tactical/operational level. For the translation of a strategic vision into concrete steps and products. Able also in uncertain or varying conditions yet to achieve concrete results.

Results-oriented with a strategic focus, but without fear to the depth of content. Easy communicating on all levels: from the shop floor to the Board of Directors. Structured and systematic working, stress resistant, analytical and problem solving (proactive) with a strong delivery focus. Searching for the possibilities, but clearly in the impossibilities. Making the implementation of changes to processes, organisation and ICT a lot more confident.

My management style is motivating and coaching, focusing on positive cooperation. I'm a proven builder of successful teams based on the content, leadership and management qualities of individual team members.
